Job Responsibilities: As a nurse with us, you are responsible for planning and delivering patient care together with the team, the patient, and their next of kin. You will meet patients with various diagnoses in both acute and stable care situations. The work includes, among other things, medication administration (we use unit dose systems), nursing care, and handling of medical technical equipment. On each unit, there are discharge coordinators who support the nurse in the discharge process, which contributes to good patient safety and a sustainable work environment. About Us: Jakobsberg Geriatric Hospital has five units for patients with acute medical conditions of medical, surgical, or orthopedic causes and/or rehabilitation needs.
