We now offer a unique position where you can combine patient-focused work as a resource nurse in specialized housing with responsibility for our emergency hotline. If you are interested, there is also an opportunity to contribute to scheduling. Your New Job Your main assignment is to serve as a resource for specialized housing (SÄBO). This means you cover both planned and unplanned absences and contribute your expertise where the need is greatest. The work includes independent medical assessments, treatments, nursing interventions, and documentation, always with the patient in focus. As part of the assignment, you staff our emergency hotline two to three days per week. Here you have a central role in the operation and function as an important contact point for colleagues, patients, relatives, home care, hospitals, and other cooperation partners. You handle questions and matters that can be resolved directly by phone as well as make assessments, prioritizations, and distribute incoming matters to colleagues in the team. For those interested in administrative development tasks, there is also an opportunity to work with scheduling, primarily regarding planned absences and upcoming meetings and training. The assignments related to the emergency hotline and any scheduling are initially time-limited, organizational tasks and may change or be reassigned based on operational development and needs. Requirements Licensed nurse Good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written Good computer skills Class B driver's license Meritorious Specialist nursing education Experience working with dementia/cognitive illness and/or training in behavioral and psychological symptoms of dementia (BPSD) Experience from municipal healthcare Experience with telephone counseling or similar work assignments Experience with the business systems Combine, Cosmic Link, Pascal, and National Patient Overview The work also requires physical mobility as the work takes place in home environments, which means you as a nurse need to adapt your working method based on the conditions available. We have specialist focus areas in psychiatry, palliative care, home rehabilitation, dementia, and functional support. Together we are approximately 460 committed employees working to provide safe and quality home care up to primary care level. HS-Team 4 operates in the areas of Liljeholmen, Rosenlund, Österängen, Tenhult with rural areas, and Ödestugu. Within our area are Österängen elderly housing (SÄBO), Rosenlund short-term units, and Ekhagen short-term units. Our team operates from the team office at Kasernen by Asec shopping center and consists of nurses, specialist nurses, nursing assistants, occupational therapists, physiotherapists/physical therapists, and rehabilitation assistants.
