Nurse/Rehabilitation Coordinator for Corporate Health

Falck is now seeking a new star for this exciting combined role at Falck's locations in Halmstad/Varberg. As a Corporate Nurse/Rehabilitation Coordinator at Falck Health and Working Life, you will work closely with experienced and helpful colleagues such as occupational physicians, corporate nurses, physiotherapists, psychologists and others who work collaboratively with our customers and their employees with excellent results. Our customers are represented from all sectors, both private and public, large and small organizations, which provides interesting variety in your work and you will meet a wide range of different cultures and individuals. You will work with, among other things: Health examinations, health advice and individual action plans Preventive and health-promoting work Vaccinations and sampling Substance abuse management, drug testing Medical advice Coordinate and collaborate with various actors in the rehabilitation process both externally and within Falck Lead rehabilitation meetings with the Falck team and at customer companies to ensure the process moves forward Planning and coordination of rehabilitation plans developed to actively promote return to work Motivational conversations and psychosocial support to individuals in their rehabilitation process We are looking for you who: are at least a licensed nurse, with merits including education as a corporate nurse or district nurse have good IT skills and ability and interest in delivering with digital tools are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written Merits: experience with rehabilitation issues in relation to the employer's work environment responsibility, preferably from corporate health services or consulting firms experience in project management/coordination and team leadership coordinator training such as KI's coordination efforts, coordinating sick leave and the rehabilitation process To thrive in the role, you are a self-directed, structured and goal-oriented person who takes proactive responsibility for your customers. You have good communication skills, enjoy working as part of a team and can adapt when conditions change. Full-time position (100%) and start date by agreement. Working hours are weekdays 8-17, excluding holidays. The position is based in Halmstad but may include travel to the Varberg location and to customers in Halland according to operational needs, which means you must have a driver's license and preferably have access to your own car.
