We conduct a broad primary care operation where we offer care throughout life – for newborns, children, adolescents, adults, elderly, and patients in end-of-life care. Mantorp Health Center is centrally located in Mantorp, only a two-minute walk from the commuter station. With Östgötapendeln, it takes 13 minutes to Linköping and 7 minutes to Mjölby. Mantorp is a rapidly growing community on the Östgötaslätten plain with approximately 4,000 residents. Together with the surrounding countryside, the health center has approximately 7,500 registered patients. The health center is well-functioning with good finances and stable staffing. An important foundation for this is our well-functioning teamwork, which we see as crucial for both staff and patients. At the health center, there are doctor consultations, district nurse and nurse consultations, counseling consultations, child health care, elderly care consultations, and nurse-based consultations in diabetes, asthma/COPD, leg ulcers, and incontinence. The health center also has a well-established collaboration with care neighbors such as home care and SÄBO in Mjölby municipality. Job Description We are looking for someone who is a licensed nurse or licensed district nurse. Previous experience in primary care is a merit but not a requirement. We offer stimulating, independent, and varied work. At the health center, you will work with your own consultation among other things. You will have experienced nurses and district nurses as your closest colleagues, and you will drive and develop the operation together. Telephone advice, which is the patient's way into the health center, is an important part of the work. We also need reinforcement for our diabetes consultation, so experience in or interest in diabetes care is welcome. Our nursing team consists of ten employees. Due to further education to become a district nurse, we need reinforcement through a temporary position for just over a year. Since we are a relatively small health center and work group, you will collaborate closely with all professional groups. We offer you an introduction adapted to your needs. About You You are a licensed nurse or district nurse, preferably with experience in primary care. Experience with, or alternatively interest in, diabetes is a merit. You master Swedish language in speech and writing, corresponding to C1 level. Experience with the Cosmic journal system is a merit. You have good collaboration skills and can plan, organize, and prioritize your work. You are confident in your professional role and have the ability to make independent decisions based on your profession. You have good communication skills toward patients, colleagues, and other operations. We are looking for someone who is engaged and interested in working together with colleagues and other professions to provide our patients with good and safe care. You also adapt easily to changing circumstances, are stress-resistant, and communicate in a clear and unpretentious manner. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
