We are now seeking a district nurse or nurse for our team at Dalbo Health Center. At Dalbo Health Center in Växjö, we work to ensure our patients receive quality care and feel safe and confident. Dalbo Health Center is located in central Växjö and has approximately 9,600 registered patients with great diversity, from different cultures and with varying backgrounds. JOB DUTIES Are you curious about or do you have experience working in primary care? It is varied and exciting work with patients of all ages where no two days are the same. Through your work at the clinic and with telephone consultations, you work with both preventive healthcare and meet adults and children with more acute concerns in different life situations. We offer varied and stimulating work where you get the opportunity to develop alongside experienced and competent colleagues. As a district nurse/nurse in primary care, you will also staff your expertise at our on-call doctor center with occasional shifts per month. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who are a district nurse or licensed nurse, preferably with experience from a health center or clinic work. We also view favorably if you have experience working with diabetes clinics, Asthma COPD clinics, or other preventive healthcare. As a person, you are engaged and like to contribute to the health center's development work. In our transition to close-to-home care, work with preventive and health-promoting initiatives will be an important part – we would like to see that you are interested in these issues. In your daily work, you are comfortable adapting to changes that may arise during a workday and have great ability to collaborate with both colleagues and patients. It goes without saying that you contribute to a good workplace climate and you stand up for our shared values, respect for people.
