Description
You will work in multidisciplinary teams alongside nurses, nursing assistants, care workers, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists. We offer a workplace with close collaboration, strong cohesion, and consolidated expertise—enabling us to provide our residents with high-quality care and excellent service.
Responsibilities
As a nurse/district nurse with us, you leverage the strengths of our individuals and address individual care needs according to health and medical care legislation. You conduct assessments, plan, and implement health and medical care interventions. The role includes responsibility for delegating tasks, managing medications, and mentoring care personnel on medical matters. You will document in our Life Care system and work with both qualified care and palliative care. You are expected to actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
We seek a licensed nurse, preferably with district nurse credentials and some years of experience. You have strong Swedish language skills, both spoken and written. You have excellent collaboration skills and thrive in multidisciplinary environments. You work independently and confidently make decisions, while remaining flexible, solution-focused, and providing excellent service. You also have the ability to lead and support care personnel on medical matters.
A Class B driver's license is required, and personal suitability is of great importance to us.
