JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As a nurse in home health care, you are responsible for patients aged 18 and over who need health and medical care at home. The work is independent, varied, and offers room for both responsibility and development. The municipality is divided into three districts: North, South, and a special assignment for patients receiving LSS services. This position is located in the North/South area together with three colleagues. You work in a close team together with an occupational therapist, care staff, home services manager, activity coordinator, and benefits officer. Collaboration with doctors at Nora health center is a natural part of the work. With us, no two days are the same. It is work where your expertise truly makes a difference. You become part of a safe and competent nursing team with broad experience. Where we have several district nurses and other specialist nurses in our operations. We believe in developing together and in making use of each other's knowledge. QUALIFICATIONS • Licensed nurse or district nurse • Ability to work independently and make your own decisions • Want to work close to the patient and contribute to safe, patient-centered care • Are collaborative and want to contribute to a good working environment B driver's license required.
