The Skellefteå Local Healthcare Area includes the Emergency Department, Medical and Geriatric Clinic, Rehabilitation Center, Psychiatric Clinic, 1177, Center for Operating Activities, and primary care in Skellefteå and Norsjö. Together, these should provide good and accessible care. Norsjö Health Center is part of Skellefteå Primary Care West together with Erikslid, Heimdall and Boliden health centers. In Norsjö Municipality with approximately 4,000 inhabitants, our health center is located. Most municipal residents are registered with us. Our team consists of approximately 20 employees in many different areas of expertise who work together to provide the population with good and accessible care. Our rehabilitation team works successfully with assessment, treatment and sick leave matters. We offer patients with mental health issues contact with the psychosocial team. The building also houses a child health center and midwifery clinic. Our close dialogue with the hospital, municipality and other partners ensures that patient collaboration is smooth and highly functional despite the long distances. With us you get the opportunity for flexibility and good career opportunities! You will start with general nursing/district nursing duties with the opportunity to develop within a specialist area. You meet and care for children, young people, adults and elderly through both planned and acute appointments. The job is varied with telephone advice and reception work as well as acute flow. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who is a licensed nurse. If you have further trained as a district nurse or another specialist area, it is a merit. Previous experience of working with asthma/COPD, diabetes, psychiatry or child health services is also a merit. As a person you are flexible and have good teamwork skills. You have the ability to work independently as well as in a team-based manner. We expect you to prioritize good customer service and actively work to build good relationships. You are positive about change work that develops the operation and actively contribute to a good work environment. Class B driving license is a requirement for this position.
