We are an acute and intensive care unit that cares for sick newborns and premature infants from gestational week 28. We work in interdisciplinary teams consisting of pediatricians, nurses, and nursing assistants, and the core of our work is always family-centered care. We apply individual orientation based on your prior knowledge. It is important to us that you feel confident in your role before you start working as one of two nurses during a shift. We welcome both those new to the nursing profession and those with longer experience. If you are new to your role as a nurse, we offer eight weeks of orientation as a foundation, followed by four weeks where you work independently but as one of three nurses. The positions are permanent full-time employment with start date by agreement.
