Make a difference. Every day. We are now welcoming a licensed nurse, preferably with specialist training in psychiatry, to a temporary position with us at the Adult Psychiatry Clinic ADHD Lund. The clinic is located in the Psychiatry Building on Baravägen in Lund, where several psychiatric specialist services collaborate. Our mission is to offer evidence-based treatment to adult patients with an established ADHD diagnosis. The work is based on the standardized care process for Neurodevelopmental Disorders (NDD) and builds on close multidisciplinary collaboration where different professions' combined expertise contributes to safe and cohesive care for the patient. With us, we work with fixed care contacts, individual care plans, and active collaboration both within and outside healthcare. The operation is characterized by a person-centered approach where quality, continuity, and accessibility are important aspects in meeting the patient. 1 position(s). JOB DUTIES As a nurse with us, you have a central role in patient care and treatment. You work with initiation and follow-up of medication treatment for ADHD, somatic checks, new visits, telephone advice, 1177 contacts, and other customary nursing tasks within psychiatric outpatient care. You are also a fixed care contact for patients and actively contribute to multidisciplinary team work. We offer regular supervision and good conditions for developing in your role as a nurse within specialist psychiatry. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse with the right to practice within Swedish healthcare. Specialist training in psychiatry is a merit. You have language skills in Swedish corresponding to at least level C1 according to the Council of Europe scale. We would like you to have experience of working within psychiatry and with this patient group. Experience with Melior, Våps/Pasis, 1177, and Mina planer is also advantageous. Since work takes place both in teams, individually, and in groups, it is important that you have good collaboration skills and experience in making independent decisions. You have a flexible approach and can quickly adapt to changing workload. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
