We are looking for a licensed nurse with professional experience and an interest in elderly care. As a person, you are responsible, independent, and humble with the ability to prioritize. You thrive at guiding and delegating care tasks to nursing staff and are motivated by creating high-quality care together with your colleagues for our residents. At our facilities, you will have a varied job where you work long-term with health plans to improve quality of life for residents, and you are also the one who makes assessments and decisions about interventions in acute situations. Your responsibilities also include providing good palliative care. The transition to Nearby Care means that more specialized healthcare services are now provided at the facility. This gives you a diversity of stimulating and developmental tasks. The work is independent while you have access to many competent colleagues in our nurse networks.
