About the Operation Primary Care Center Särna operates an exciting seasonally-varied healthcare service with focus on both planned and acute care. The resident population is approximately 1,600 people, but during peak season many visitors join those spending time in the mountain region. The surrounding area has a distinct rural character with long distances and 12 miles to the nearest hospital from the health center. We maintain good collaboration among all staff categories. In short, this is a stimulating workplace year-round and especially eventful during winter season—and there are good opportunities for an active leisure life if you enjoy forests and mountains. Responsibilities As a nurse with us, you hold a key role in the primary care center's daily operations. You work both at scheduled clinics and with acute care. You also provide telephone advice through the TeleQ system and digital care via 1177 Direct, among other duties. We work closely together while providing ample room for independence, your own initiatives, and personal development. Working hours are typically weekdays during daytime. On-call duty and evening and weekend work are included. Work takes place mainly at Särna Primary Care Center, but may also include work at the district nurse clinic in Särna and/or Idre. Qualifications We are looking for someone who is a licensed nurse has a driver's license category B has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written It is advantageous if you have experience and familiarity with telephone advice and clinic work at a primary care center/health clinic work experience in one of our areas of responsibility Personal Qualities: We place great importance on your sense of responsibility, positivity, and constructive approach. You have the ability to adapt to different situations and changing circumstances. You are organized and can plan and manage your work efficiently. Personal suitability is given great weight.
