Job Description
As a nurse in advanced home healthcare, you will have a varied and independent role performing traditional nursing tasks in the patient's home. You will help ensure that the patient and their loved ones are actively involved in their care and feel safe at home during a period of serious illness. The care should address physical, psychological, social, and existential needs. We document in the Take Care journal system and plan care using the Mobile Clinic tool.

Your Qualifications
The work requires the ability to work independently and take your own initiative. Great importance is placed on personal suitability, good collaboration skills, and a genuine interest in home-based care. You are positive, proactive, flexible, and confident in your professional role. You see it as your clear responsibility to contribute to a positive work environment. A driver's license is required.
It is advantageous to have experience in home healthcare or advanced home healthcare. Relevant specialist training is a plus, such as in oncological care, palliative care, or as a district nurse.
We are now seeking temporary hourly employees, and shifts include day and evening shifts seven days a week. Part-time employment is possible.
