3 position(s). Nurse Temporary/Hourly Staff We are seeking new colleagues who are interested in working on an as-needed basis with us. The Health and Care Unit in Hjo consists of approximately 30 employees responsible for all healthcare and rehabilitation services for the municipality's patients. Work takes place both in home healthcare and in special housing facilities and short-term care units. We are a socially-oriented work group where the goal is to develop and enjoy our work. We actively work on development within our unit and want to be at the forefront when it comes to digital work methods including mobile documentation systems, digital signatures, digital locks at all patient locations, medication robots, and more. As an hourly temporary staff member, you will have varied work and the opportunity to learn all the nurse positions throughout the municipality. As a temporary nurse, your primary task is to ensure that planned activities for the day are carried out and to handle any calls or situations that may arise. As a standard, you work together with at least one colleague. There may be bookings where solo work occurs, but this will be communicated clearly. Vacancies arise during day, evening, and night shifts. Shift bookings occur primarily through an automated SMS system where you respond "Yes" or "No" based on your availability if you wish to work the offered shift. During longer vacancies, we may offer consecutive schedule periods. Who Are We Looking For? We are seeking someone who is a licensed nurse and has a valid Class B driver's license. You need to master the Swedish language both spoken and written. We are seeking both nurses interested in working days and/or evenings as well as those interested only in evenings and/or nights.
