One position is a permanent position and one position is a fixed-term employment for approximately six months. The Adult Psychiatry Clinic at Drottninggatan is located in central Malmö and has the mission to investigate, diagnose, assess, and treat patients with general psychiatric diagnoses. The clinic offers a broad range of treatments including investigations, pharmacological treatment, psychological treatment with various approaches, supportive counseling, and group treatment with various approaches. The clinic has approximately 45 employees divided into three base teams that, in addition to nurses, include psychologists, physicians, healthcare assistants, occupational therapist, social worker, rehabilitation coordinator, medical secretaries, physiotherapist, administrator, and receptionist who together have broad and varied expertise. We are a team that works with team spirit and recognizes the importance of working based on standardized care processes with the patient in focus. WORK DUTIES In your role as a nurse, you will independently perform treatment and assessment work, motivational conversations, develop care plans, crisis management, and assessments such as suicide risk assessments and medication monitoring. Work duties such as telephone counseling, specimen collection, 1177, medication management, and supervision of students are part of the position. The clinic's work is based on interprofessional teams where different competencies and experiences enrich and complement each other. We work based on standardized care processes, where care is tailored individually and characterized by professional conduct. QUALIFICATIONS We are seeking you as a licensed nurse with authorization to practice within Swedish healthcare. Swedish language skills at a minimum level of C1 according to the Council of Europe scale is a requirement. It is advantageous if you have experience from work within psychiatry and/or further training in psychiatry. We would appreciate if you are experienced in working with patient conversations. As a person, you are thorough, organized, and take great responsibility for your work. You have the ability to work independently as well as in a team. Furthermore, you are flexible and creative. You see the value of good cooperation and contribute to this yourself by sharing your knowledge and experience with your colleagues while being accustomed to making your own decisions.
