About the role
You are the hub around the residents' health and care services and work to provide quality of life. You are responsible for ensuring that medical prescriptions are followed. You regularly conduct risk assessments and follow-ups to ensure good quality in operations.
Collaboration and support
You are part of a team with care staff, nurses, occupational therapist, and physiotherapist. An important role for you is to coach and train care staff so that together you provide each resident with the best possible life. In this work, you work closely with the residence's group managers who are responsible for care staff. Our group managers also coach and work together with the teams in daily operations.
We invest in leadership development for you as a nurse. One course we can offer you is "Leading Without Being a Manager".

Understanding residents' wishes and noticing small changes in their health and medical conditions is often crucial for correct assessments and decisions.
Clear routines
To create security and clarity for you as a nurse, there is comprehensive support in the form of practical and easy-to-apply routines, policy documents, and checklists. Our quality management system is called Qualimax and is industry-leading.
As a new nurse with us, you participate in our digital introduction program together with your mentor to ensure that you receive a clear introduction with the goal of quickly getting into the work and our routines.

About Villa Tule
Villa Tule is centrally located in Sundbyberg with proximity to subway, light rail, commuter train, and buses. We have 63 places in the house, of which 36 are for people with cognitive impairment and 27 with somatic focus. As a nurse, you are responsible for the care of 23 residents.
Your experience and knowledge
You are a licensed nurse and we would like to see that you have worked several years in elderly care. Our residents are often multi-ill, which requires that you have both comprehensive knowledge of various diseases and conditions as well as an interest in aging people. Good computer skills and experience with documentation are important.
