Where you will work Victoria Care and Residence Home is a modern specialized residential facility in Limhamn with 60 apartments distributed across six units for individuals with dementia. As a nurse with us, you have a central role in the operations. You are responsible for medical assessments, care planning, medication management, documentation, and collaboration with residents, relatives, physicians, and other professionals. You lead and mentor care personnel in daily care work and contribute to ensuring safe, secure, and person-centered care. You have an important role in ensuring safe and professional care for our residents together with your colleagues. The role also includes documentation, care planning, and handovers, as well as working with colleagues, physicians, and management to plan and prioritize interventions. We are looking for someone who wants to be active in and become part of the operation's development and quality work as a natural part of the nursing profession. Job description You are a licensed registered nurse You have very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written You have experience working with elderly persons, preferably in dementia care You have good knowledge of person-centered care You work in a structured and independent manner You are confident in your profession and enjoy collaboration You see mentoring as a natural part of your work You want to contribute to development and improvement We would like to see that you have previous experience in elderly care. To thrive in this role, you are engaged and care about your fellow human beings while being good at creating positive relationships and are service-oriented. It is meritorious if you… Are a Geriatric Nurse or have specialist training in dementia care for the elderly Have experience with quality registers such as BPSD and Senior Alert Have experience in development, improvement work, or coordination assignments Are familiar with working in digital management systems such as Sekoia and Signit Personal development and skills development.
