Ystad Health Center is a well-functioning primary care center located in central Ystad with good communication options by both car and public transportation. Here we meet patients' needs through a wide range of primary care services and actively work with health promotion and preventive measures to strengthen patients' health and quality of life.
With us, approximately 70 employees work in an engaged multidisciplinary team consisting of district nurses, nurses, specialist doctors, trainee doctors, physiotherapists, occupational therapist, nursing assistants, dietitian, counselor, psychologist, medical secretaries, and administrators. Together we offer safe, accessible, and person-centered care where the patient is always at the center. The health center also has training positions for several different professions and is characterized by a good mix of experience, new thinking, and a spirit of development.

JOB DUTIES
As a nurse with us, you have a central role in the clinic where you meet patients with varying care needs. Your duties include telephone advice, work in 1177 Direct and 1177 e-services as well as clinic work. You work closely with other professions to offer patients safe, accessible, and person-centered care.
With us, you are offered varied work where you get the opportunity to develop your competence based on the operation's needs and your interests. We conduct, among other things, NOAK clinics as well as treatments with Monofer and Aclasta. When staffing allows, there is also the opportunity to manage your own clinic based on interest and competence.

QUALIFICATIONS
We welcome you as a licensed nurse with the authority to work in Swedish healthcare. Swedish language skills corresponding to at least level C1 according to the Council of Europe's level scale are required. If you have relevant specialist nurse training, we consider that an asset. Depending on the operation's needs and your competence, there is an opportunity to develop your role within current areas of responsibility.
It is meriting if you have experience working in primary care or clinic work. If you have experience with, for example, telephone advice, infusions, or managing your own clinic, we see that as positive.

You are flexible, responsible, and enjoy working both independently and together with colleagues from different professions. We are looking for someone who wants to contribute to a positive work environment and who has an interest in developing together with the operation. Salary range: 34,000 - 47,000 kronor per month.
