Vårdcentralen Anderslöv is a well-functioning unit with a stable team of highly skilled staff and well-established routines. The health center is divided into three teams, which meet twice a week to discuss current patient cases that require input and assessments from different professionals. These team meetings add value, not only for our patients, but also for our staff. At our health center, we are committed to digital development and have implemented digital care options for our patients. The nurse handling the case can choose to chat, call, or have video contact with the patient. This tool complements our phone services. 1 position(s). The work involves close collaboration with doctors and other professionals in the team. You also have contact with patients and their families and contribute with information, support, and guidance throughout the care process. The role offers varied and developmental work where person-centered care, continuity, and professional conduct are in focus. You also work in our telephone triage to meet patients and direct them to the appropriate level of care. Other duties include clinic visits with dressings, suture removal, PICC line procedures, and more. You also assist the doctor during procedures and certain examinations, and receive walk-in patients, some of whom have serious and acute conditions. Working hours are Monday to Friday, between 7:45 AM and 5:00 PM. QUALIFICATIONS We welcome you as a licensed nurse with authorization to practice in Swedish healthcare. Swedish language proficiency equivalent to at least level C1 according to the Council of Europe's scale is required. We would like to see experience from primary care and/or dementia care. As a person, you are service-oriented and have a good approach to both colleagues and patients. You find solutions in a flexible manner and have a holistic perspective that makes our patients feel valued. Furthermore, you are structured, thorough, and have good teamwork skills.
