We offer a temporary position at 80-100% with start date by agreement, until 2027-10-31, with the possibility of extension. Your Assignment As a nurse with us, you will have varied work. This includes assessing and helping patients in telephone counseling, chat, and at scheduled visits. You will work closely with other professionals at the health center. We actively work to improve patient flow through triage and booking for all professions. There is an opportunity to work partially remotely after you have completed the introduction. Your Qualifications We are looking for a licensed nurse, preferably with previous experience from primary care, care systems, and telephone counseling. It is advantageous if you have education in asthma/COPD, heart failure, and diabetes. As a person, you are good at planning, organizing, and prioritizing work efficiently. It is important that you are flexible in your work approach and that you easily make contact with both patients and colleagues. The work requires that you have good teamwork skills and enjoy working in a team, but also that you have the ability to work independently. We place great emphasis on the willingness and ability to develop the business together with other colleagues at the clinic. Our Operations Svartbäckens Health Center is part of the Primary Care and Health division in Region Uppsala and is one of the county's largest health centers with nearly 19,000 listed patients. We are centrally located in Uppsala and have approximately 75 employees where all professional disciplines within the health center's mission are represented. Our patients are both young and old who live in the area or in the surrounding countryside. This makes our work both varied and developing.
