Here you will find your own garden and a lovely roof terrace with a themed garden. Stensjögatan is also a Star-Marked residence, which means we work from a person-centered approach and with strong dementia expertise. As a new registered nurse with us, you will receive an individually tailored introduction based on your needs, and if needed, a nursing colleague who will serve as your mentor throughout your first year. Working hours are scheduled during daytime (07.00–15.30) with on-call duty every sixth weekend. Work Duties As a registered nurse at Stensjögatan, you will have varied and meaningful work. You will work with: Assessing, planning and implementing medical interventions and nursing care measures. Collaborating in a team with nursing assistants, occupational therapists, physiotherapists and section managers. Guiding and delegating nursing staff. Working person-centered and involving both residents and relatives in their care. Participating in collaboration with primary care and other stakeholders according to the health and care agreement. Contributing to quality work through documentation in, among others, BPSD, Senior Alert and the Palliative Register. In addition to that, we would like you to have: Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written Digital competence and experience with documentation Ability to work independently, in a structured manner and in close collaboration with the team B-class driver's license Cycling experience Meritorious: Experience from work in municipal health and care Specialist education in relevant areas, such as medical expertise, elderly care and district nursing Experience working with dementia Work experience with BPSD, Senior Alert and the Palliative Register We welcome you if you are committed, structured and confident in your professional role.
