We are seeking someone who wants to work in a specialist psychiatric setting with varied tasks and close team collaboration. Description Specialist Psychiatric Clinic 4 is an outpatient clinic within Northern Stockholm Psychiatry (NSP), centrally located at S:t Eriksplan. The clinic has a general psychiatric mandate where we work with medication treatment, psychological therapy, occupational therapy interventions, psychosocial work, and group treatments. In the same building in the Atlas area, there are also several highly specialized outpatient clinics within NSP, which enables close and well-functioning collaboration between the clinics. We are approximately 25 employees working in two teams. The work group has broad expertise with professional roles such as physicians, registered nurses, psychologists, social workers, occupational therapists, nursing assistants, and medical secretaries. At the clinic, you will be one of five registered nurses. We offer a stable and well-functioning work group with good staffing. Job Responsibilities As a registered nurse at our clinic, you play an important role in patient treatment work. Job responsibilities include following up on and optimizing medication treatments (including central stimulant therapy), assessing and prioritizing patient cases, providing psychosocial and psychoeducational counseling, staffing an advisory telephone line and an open-access service, as well as some specimen collection. As a registered nurse, you are part of a multidisciplinary team consisting of physicians, occupational therapists, social workers, and psychologists. Qualifications We are seeking a licensed registered nurse, preferably with specialist training in psychiatry. Experience working in psychiatry is a merit. You have good collaboration skills and can build trusting relationships with patients, colleagues, and partners. The work requires flexibility and the ability to adapt work based on the clinic's needs. You have a structured work approach, are thorough, and have the ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel. Good computer skills are required. Documentation is done in the Take Care medical record system. We would like to see that you have interest and commitment in treating ADHD and have experience and knowledge in this field. The work is based on the team, but also requires independence and the ability to plan and perform tasks on your own. We value interest in development work and broad experience and background.
