JOB RESPONSIBILITIES We are now seeking a dedicated nurse for Solgårdsgatan Care and Residential Home. Here you work closely with both colleagues and care recipients in an operation where quality, safety, and good service are central. You become an important part of a team that together creates the best possible care and quality of life for our elderly residents. As a nurse with us, you have a central role in ensuring good and safe care. You work independently while being part of a team where collaboration is essential. Your work tasks include: • Responsibility for health and medical care services for residents. • Plan, implement, and follow up on care interventions. • Collaborate with nursing assistants, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and physicians. • Document and work in operational systems. • Perform blood tests, infusions, wound dressings, and palliative care. • Guide, support, and delegate work tasks to nursing staff. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you—a confident and dedicated nurse with a genuine interest in elderly care. You work with patient safety awareness, take responsibility, and thrive in a role where you combine independence with collaboration. • Licensed nurse. • Minimum two years of experience as a nurse. • Experience in geriatrics. • Driver's license and driving experience. • Strong ability to make independent medical assessments. It is a merit if you have experience with documentation systems such as Treserva, Lifecare, Pascal, or NPÖ, as well as further training in healthcare.
