About the Position As a registered nurse in special housing, you have a central role in creating security, safe care, and good quality of life for our residents. You work closely with care personnel, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, physicians, and relatives to ensure person-centered care with the individual's needs in focus. For this position, evening shifts and every fourth weekend shift are included. During evening and weekend shifts, you work across all of the municipality's areas of responsibility (Home Health Care, Special Housing, and LSS). As we are a relatively small municipality and nursing unit, employees need to switch main areas when operational needs require it. This working method creates team spirit, good collegial cohesion, and knowledge sharing becomes a natural part of our daily work. Your Tasks Take responsibility for health and medical care services in accordance with applicable legislation. Assess, plan, implement, and follow up on care measures. Guide and support care personnel in health and medical care matters. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to create the best possible care for the individual.
