The Health and Care Unit in Mora Municipality is responsible for health and medical care in special housing facilities, activities under the LSS (Assistance Services and Support Act), and psychiatric services, as well as home health care. Our mission is to provide individualized care based on the Health and Medical Care Act, strengthen patients' health, and give them the best possible quality of life. We are now seeking a reliable and dedicated nurse who wants to become part of our competent and supportive team within special housing! Job Responsibilities As a nurse with us, you will have varied and meaningful work that includes: Having care responsibility for patients' medical interventions and documentation. Handling and administering medication. Working preventatively to reduce risks of pressure sores, falls, malnutrition, poor oral health, and mental health issues. Collaborating with doctors and other professionals to ensure the best possible care. Delegating tasks to support staff according to applicable guidelines. Creating and revising individual care plans. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in nursing with valid professional license Good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written Experience with documentation Digital competence relevant to the position Strong professional knowledge and understanding of the nursing profession Driver's license category B Meritorious: Other specialized competence deemed relevant for the position. Experience working in municipal services. Experience leading and participating in development projects.
