Nurse for the Rheumatology Clinic

Department of Internal Medicine, Region Jönköping County We are seeking a dedicated nurse for our clinic – a varied role with the patient at the center and a great team around you. The Nurse Role At the clinic, you will care for patients at our infusion center where they receive infusions with biologics and other medications. You will be involved in instructing patients in injection techniques, lifestyle advice, and providing self-care guidance. You will sometimes assist our physicians during their clinic visits or follow up with patients after doctor consultations. You will also be part of managing our telephone advice line, video visits with patients, and patient cases through 1177. Your Future Workplace The Rheumatology Clinic at Länssjukhuset Ryhov in Jönköping has been part of the Department of Internal Medicine since fall 2016 and manages all rheumatology services in Region Jönköping County. Operations are conducted primarily in Jönköping with team services in Värnamo and Eksjö/Nässjö. Rheumatology is in an exciting phase of development with expanded treatment options using advanced medications. Better and earlier diagnostics now provide excellent opportunities for effective treatment. The clinic manages all types of inflammatory and rheumatic diseases. It is advantageous if you have previous experience in rheumatology, but it is not required. Our Offer to You This is a permanent position with 75% time commitment, daytime hours. Start date is by agreement, but we would like you to be able to start with us as soon as possible.
