The Staffing Department, Resource Team, functions as an internal staffing organization. The difference from an external staffing company is that you are employed by Skåne University Hospital (Sus), have the same employment security and benefits as other hospital staff, and have a sense of belonging to a work group. We have operations in Malmö, Lund, and Ystad. For this position, your affiliation is with the Resource Team in Ystad. You will primarily be assigned to facilities in the location you belong to, but you have the opportunity for variation between the other locations. The Staffing Department consists of teams of registered nurses, nursing assistants, medical secretaries, and interim managers. Together, we are a work group characterized by high competence, service awareness, flexibility, work enthusiasm, and professional pride. The team plays a central and valuable role for the hospitals. Our vision is to be the best possible alternative for staffing needs.
The position involves annual working hours with shifts during day, evening, night, and weekends. The advantage of annual working hours is that you can arrange your schedule in a more varied way. One week doesn't have to be like the next, and you can influence your schedule continuously. It's also easier to take time off outside the major vacation periods of summer, Christmas, and New Year. Employees work with flexibility in their schedule as our operations are dynamic and requests from facilities vary. You are compensated for this flexibility through an allowance on your base salary.

WORK TASKS
In the role of registered nurse in the resource team, you will primarily work in adult care units, but you also have the opportunity to work in other operations such as emergency departments, pediatric units, and other outpatient services.

QUALIFICATIONS

You are a licensed registered nurse with authorization to practice in Swedish healthcare. Knowledge of Swedish equivalent to at least level C1 according to the Council of Europe's level scale is a requirement. We prefer that you have several years of professional experience. It is a merit if you have experience from different specialties.
