The Resource Pool Our 1,800 employees work in primary care and health services in Uppsala County. We offer a wide range of services within primary healthcare. Our patients meet us at Region Uppsala's own health centers or within habilitation services, and we provide advice by phone via 1177. Education, research, and development are important to us, as we tailor our services based on residents' needs. We already offer mobile teams, video visits, and smart e-services. Welcome to the Resource Pool! We are looking for you, a licensed nurse, to join Primary Care and Health's Resource Pool. We offer a permanent position at 100% with a start date by agreement. A probationary period may apply. As an employed nurse in the Resource Pool, you will receive a flexibility supplement. With us, you contribute to making our operations independent of temporary staffing while ensuring good availability and high quality for our patients. You will be part of a large network of knowledgeable colleagues and receive benefits that make a difference; read about the benefits here (https://regionuppsala.se/formaner/). Your Assignment Working in the Resource Pool means you work at different clinics within the administration, varying your workplace based on the operations' staffing needs and placement requirements. You travel during work hours and depart from Kungsgärdet Center; service vehicles are available for booking. As a nurse with us, you will work with telephone advice and also to some extent other administrative tasks. If operations allow, there is an opportunity to perform work tasks remotely. Reception work may also be relevant based on operations' needs. In this position, you will have a stimulating, varied, and flexible job with the opportunity to work from home as well. The Resource Pool's personnel are highly valued, and to thrive in the role, you should be someone who finds short-term assignments at different workplaces stimulating, but you also have your home within the internal work group in the Resource Pool, which has a good community. Your Qualifications We are looking for you, a licensed nurse with several years of experience in the profession and experience working in primary healthcare. You are confident in your professional role and have good ability to communicate in Swedish, both orally and in writing. It is important that you are flexible in your working approach and that you easily can establish contact with both patients and colleagues. The work requires that you have good teamwork skills and enjoy working in a team, but also that you have the ability to work independently. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. Want to Know More? You are warmly welcome to contact Group Manager Ida Boman at [email protected] if you want to know more about the operations and the work.
