About the role We are looking for a registered nurse for the resource team with base placement at Söderkulla short-term care. You will work at our three short-term care facilities and within respite care – where the need is greatest – while maintaining a permanent affiliation and close contact with the section manager and colleagues. The role gives you both variety and security. You will meet different patients, working methods, and operations, which provides broad expertise that you contribute to the development of our short-term care services. Where you will work The resource team works at three short-term care facilities and within respite care: Söderkulla, Tornfalksgatan 1 – 47 beds (3 somatic, 1 cognitive). This is your base placement. Mathildenborg, Limhamn – 4 somatic and 2 cognitive units, totaling 57 beds + respite care with 19 beds. KRA, Limhamn – 28 somatic and rehabilitation beds. Your responsibilities As a nurse in the resource team, you are responsible for patient care and work closely with the team. You will: independently assess, plan, and organize medical and nursing interventions work patient-centered and involve the patient in decisions collaborate with families and various professionals work with primary care and participate in rounds mentor colleagues and contribute to operational development. Qualifications You are a registered nurse with excellent skills in Swedish, both orally and in writing. You have good digital skills and knowledge of relevant legislation, goals, and guidelines. Desirable experience: work with people with dementia or cognitive decline work with medically complex patients (e.g., neurology, orthopedics) experience from municipal health and care services specialist education in a relevant area knowledge of Procapita B driver's license To thrive in the role, you need to be confident working independently, prioritizing, and making decisions.
