The Forensic Psychiatric Regional Clinic is one of the country's largest clinics for the care of patients admitted under the Act on Forensic Psychiatric Care (LRV). We also have the task of caring for particularly care-requiring patients under the Act on Psychiatric Compulsory Care (LPT). The clinic has 135 care beds, divided among ten departments; the tenth department opened on March 2, 2026. Department 99 is located in newly renovated premises at the clinic in Nacksta, where we have consolidated the entire operation in spring 2026 following an expansion and renovation. We are now seeking a registered nurse for Department 99. The position is a permanent full-time employment with start date August 17, 2026, or by agreement. Job Responsibilities As a nurse with us, it is important that you have a strong interest in people and that you have patience and the ability to empathize with others. In your profession, you work with: Planning Evaluation Implementation of nursing interventions Medication administration You also participate in risk assessments, care planning, and functional assessments. At the Forensic Psychiatric Regional Clinic, we work with contact person assignments where you as a nurse have nursing responsibility. We use a competency ladder to reward capable employees.
