The Forensic Psychiatric Regional Clinic is today one of the country's largest clinics providing care for patients referred under the Forensic Psychiatric Care Act (LRV). We also have the responsibility to care for particularly demanding patients under the Psychiatric Compulsory Care Act (LPT). The clinic has 135 care beds, divided among ten departments; the tenth department opened March 2, 2026. Department 99 is located in newly renovated premises at the clinic in Nacksta, where in spring 2026, after expansion and renovation, we will consolidate the entire operation. We are now seeking a registered nurse for Department 99. The position is a permanent full-time employment with start date August 17, 2026, or by agreement. Job Responsibilities As a registered nurse with us, it is important that you have a strong interest in people and that you have patience and the ability to understand others' situations. In your profession, you will work with: - Planning - Evaluation - Implementation of nursing interventions - Medication administration You will also participate in risk assessments, care planning, and functional assessments. Within the Forensic Psychiatric Regional Clinic, we work with contact person responsibility where you as a registered nurse have nursing care responsibility. We use a competence ladder to reward capable employees.
