Stockholm County Healthcare (SLSO) has established a new operation - Psychosis Care Stockholm where all outpatient clinics and inpatient units for patients with psychotic disorders are brought together within the new organization. We are now seeking an engaged and confident registered nurse for our psychosis outpatient clinic. With us, you will work in an experienced multidisciplinary team where patient needs and recovery are at the center. The clinic is located in bright and spacious premises close to Upplands Väsby commuter rail station and the city center. As a nurse with us, you will have a key role in treatment work for people with psychotic disorders. You work closely with patients and help create security and participation. Together with experienced colleagues in a multidisciplinary team, you will help develop our operations and ensure high-quality care. • Manage nursing care and follow-up of patients with psychotic disorders. • Conduct assessments, supportive conversations, and care planning. • Handle medication monitoring and administration of depot medications. • Collaborate with various actors involved in the patient's care. • Support patients and next of kin. Qualifications You are a licensed registered nurse. You have an interest in psychiatry and person-centered care. You have good collaboration skills and a professional demeanor. You are responsible, flexible, and can work independently. Meritorious: Further education in psychiatry. Experience working in psychiatric outpatient care or psychosis care. Experience with coordination and work in multidisciplinary teams. Driver's license category B is desirable. Personal Qualities You have a well-developed ability to meet people with varying conditions. You enjoy working independently and structuring your workday. You like to share your profession-specific knowledge with other staff categories. We expect competent clinical judgment, a professional approach, and collaboration skills. Employment Type Permanent employment, full-time 40 hours/week, working Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-4:30 PM.
