About the Clinic We are a general psychiatric outpatient clinic with a mission to assess and treat a broad spectrum of psychiatric diagnoses. We also have a special focus on patients with depression and bipolar disorder. With us, an experienced team works consisting of physicians, nurses, psychologists, occupational therapist, social worker, rehabilitation coordinator, and medical secretaries. The clinic is located in pleasant premises at Alvik Square with good transportation and proximity to nature and water. Your Role As a nurse with us, you work closely with the patient-responsible physician and in a team with other professionals. You are a central part of both assessment and follow-up and have an important role in patients' treatment. Your Responsibilities Conduct initial visits and assessments Provide telephone advice Offer patient and family education Follow up on medication treatment Follow up on ratings and treatment outcomes The work involves varying days where you meet patients with complex issues. We work in a structured and evidence-based manner according to national guidelines. Qualifications Licensed nurse Experience in psychiatry Specialist education in psychiatry is meritorious Experience from psychiatric outpatient care is meritorious As a person, you are confident in your professional role and enjoy working in a team.
