About the Operations Psychiatric Department 50 offers acute inpatient psychiatric care for patients with a confirmed psychotic diagnosis or suspected psychosis. The department's focus is to provide integrated inpatient care for psychotic patients in collaboration with the psychosis outpatient clinic. On Department 50, the care team works together to provide each patient with individually tailored care and support. The work group is characterized by a good work climate and positive cohesion. This is a permanent full-time position with immediate start according to agreement. Duties As a nurse on the department, psychiatric nursing care is your area of responsibility and expertise. Your duties include, among other things: - Responsibility for direct patient care - Participate in and lead rounds and care planning - Supportive conversations - Guide and support patients in discovering and developing their own resources - Documentation - Medication management - Student supervision As a nurse on Department 50, you will have an exciting and varied job where you work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary psychiatric care team with good cohesion. In daily work, there is a focus on finding solutions in the present, which gives you room to be creative and flexible in your work.
