We are now recruiting a nurse for a permanent position at our PRIMA Danderyd Psychosis unit. PRIMA Psychosis Danderyd is an outpatient clinic offering psychiatric specialist care with a focus on psychotic disorders. The unit employs nurses, physicians, and medical secretaries. In the same location is also PRIMA Lotsa, an outpatient clinic for newly diagnosed psychosis.
Main Responsibilities
The position includes:
Standard nursing duties such as medication management and medication administration, including injectable treatments
Psychoeducation
Telephone consultation
Serving as a fixed care contact for a number of patients, with an important coordinating role
Independently conducting psychiatric treatment and assessments
Collaboration with colleagues, family members, and external healthcare providers
Home visits are part of the position.
Qualifications:
We are looking for someone with the following profile:
Licensed nurse
A genuine interest in psychosis care
Driver's license
Meritorious:
Specialist training in psychiatry
Experience working with individuals with psychotic disorders, preferably in outpatient care
Good knowledge of Swedish language, both spoken and written, as well as computer skills in relevant healthcare systems are a basic requirement.

Employment:
The position is a permanent, full-time employment with a six-month probationary period. PRIMA has a collective agreement and a generous wellness allowance.

PRIMA Adult Psychiatry offers specialist psychiatric outpatient care for adults from 18 years old who have moderate to severe psychiatric issues. We provide general psychiatric care as well as psychosis care, and our assignment also includes neuropsychiatric assessments. Our catchment area is northeastern Stockholm, including the municipalities of Danderyd, Täby, Lidingö, Vallentuna, Åkersberga, and Vaxholm. We operate on assignment from Region Stockholm.
At PRIMA Danderyd Psychosis, physicians, nurses, and medical secretaries work together. In the same building are also the units PRIMA Lotsa, PRIMA Eating Disorders, PRIMA Neuropsychiatry, and part of PRIMA Intensive Outpatient Care.
