Piteå Health Center has approximately 10,100 registered patients and is one of Region Norrbotten's largest health centers. We work in three interdisciplinary teams where doctors, nurses, nursing assistants, and rehabilitation staff together take responsibility for their registered patients. We are now seeking a registered nurse who wants to work broadly within primary care and be part of a team where patients are followed over time and where collaboration between professions is a natural part of everyday work. About You You are a registered nurse with good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. You also have basic knowledge of Office 365. It is advantageous if you have experience from primary care, telephone advice, or working with the medical record systems Cosmic or VAS. We also view experience with reception work or working with patients with chronic illnesses positively. We are looking for someone who can work independently, make their own assessments, and prioritize between different tasks. You also need to be comfortable collaborating with other professions to provide patients with coordinated care. Your Work As a nurse with us, you will work with: Telephone advice and medical assessments Acute and scheduled patient contacts Reception work with your own booked patients Sample collection, treatments, and follow-ups Support and advice to patients and their relatives Collaboration with other professions at the health center and with external care providers when needed You will be part of one of our three teams and participate regularly in team rounds. Here the team plans, prioritizes, and follows up on patient matters together. The aim is to create continuity for patients and provide the right care at the right time. Start date by agreement. Selection and interviews take place continuously and the position may be filled before the final application deadline.
