About the operation Regional Hospital Care Somatic coordinates regional hospital care for specialized somatic care in Region Västernorrland. The somatic area consists of eleven regional hospital care operations. The regional hospital care operations are conducted at three hospitals: Sundsvall, Sollefteå and Örnsköldsvik, and a number of clinics located in several places in the region. The Orthopedic area is part of regional hospital care somatic and conducts both planned and acute operations, focused on orthopedic injuries and diseases. This also includes the Orthopedic Technical Department at Sundsvall Hospital. We are now looking for a nurse at the Orthopedic Department in Örnsköldsvik, which includes both planned and acute operations. The position is a permanent full-time employment with temporary placement at the Orthopedic Department in Örnsköldsvik. Work tasks Your work tasks consist largely of: Regular nursing duties for a care ward Care both before and after surgery Pain management Mobilization and monitoring We work patient-centered in care teams with doctors, nurses, nursing assistants, occupational therapists and physiotherapists.
