DUTIES To meet future demands and be a strong resource in the transition to local care, we are now seeking additional nurses with a focus on regular housing. With us, you work in interprofessional teams and in close collaboration with the health centers in the municipality. You are responsible for planning, implementing, and following up health and medical care services within the municipality's area of responsibility. The work involves close collaboration with patients, relatives, care staff, and other professionals to create safe and cohesive care. The role also includes: • Guiding and supporting care staff • Introducing and mentoring nursing students • Contributing to the organization's development and quality work • Actively participating in teamwork and collaboration with external partners You will be based at the home health services facility in Arlöv, and your placement will be with one of our teams in Arlöv or Åkarp. Working hours are daytime with duty every fifth weekend. During weekends, you work across the entire municipality's operations, including special housing, regular housing, and LSS services. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse and who want to contribute to high-quality care. We would like to see that you: • Are confident in your professional role and can work independently • Have good ability to prioritize and make decisions • Are solution-focused, engaged, and responsible • Have an easy time collaborating and building good relationships • Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing • Want to contribute to the development of the organization Experience from municipal home health services is a merit.
