The Social Services Department is responsible for providing support, care and assistance to people at different stages of life. We work based on the individual's needs and offer services built on several laws, including the Social Services Act (SoL), the Act on Support and Services for People with Certain Disabilities (LSS) and the Health and Medical Services Act.
This can mean providing elderly people with a safe and meaningful daily life, supporting people with functional disabilities, or being there for children, young people and adults in vulnerable life situations.

DUTIES
Do you want to work with health and medical care where your professional judgment really makes a difference? With us, you meet a daily routine filled with variety, personal responsibility and a meaningful mission where people are always at the center. We are now looking for nurses who want to be part of developing the future of care in the municipality.
As a nurse, you are responsible for assessing, planning, implementing and following up on health and medical care services within the municipality's areas of responsibility. You work with patients in regular and special housing, within functional support and social psychiatry, depending on your placement.
Your duties include, among other things:
- Independently conduct medical assessments and interventions
- Collaborate with teams, family members and other stakeholders regarding patient care
- Guide and delegate tasks to nursing staff
- Document according to applicable legislation and guidelines
- Actively participate in quality and development work within the operation
Work is conducted during daytime, evenings and weekends, depending on the operation's needs.
QUALIFICATIONS
You who apply are confident in your professional role, take responsibility for the quality of care and have good interpersonal skills. You need to be able to make your own decisions while collaborating with others on the team. You also have the ability to document according to applicable laws and procedures.
We also see that you have:
- Nursing License
- Good ability to express yourself in Swedish orally and in writing
- Driver's License B is required for the position
Experience from municipal health and medical care is a merit.
