We are now recruiting a nurse at Mogården for short-term residential care for individuals with mental health issues and harmful substance use in Gråbo. This is a full-time position. As a nurse, you will work weekday shifts from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We offer continuous methodology training and several benefits. About the Role As a nurse with us, you will support our clients in establishing safe and well-functioning care relationships, ensure quality care, and promote their ability to move forward in life. You will have a colleague who is also a trained nurse, and together you will lead the staff in health and social care (HSL) work and plan and perform the tasks that fall within the nurse's responsibility. The target group we work with constantly faces challenges, and you need to be creative in finding solutions—and most importantly, we never give up! In your role as a nurse, you are responsible for the HSL portion of our operations. This means you work with and care for our clients' physical and mental well-being, develop care plans, manage medications, and perform other standard nursing duties. As a nurse, you are also part of the team around each client, which includes support workers, treatment assistants, group leaders, activity manager, counselor, cook, and facilities staff, among others. We actively work to change perspectives on mental disability by always starting from individual needs and wishes. As a nurse, you play an important role in this work. Our goal is to help each person develop the individual tools and strategies they need to live a meaningful life. Your Experience and Knowledge You are a licensed nurse with knowledge of and strong interest in individuals with psychiatric issues. Comorbidities with harmful substance use are often present in our clients' conditions. We consider further education in psychiatry and/or experience in such work to be a merit. About You You see possibilities, have a positive outlook, and are strongly committed to people. The work requires you to be conscientious and have personal maturity. You share your knowledge and experience with colleagues and consider it natural to contribute to a positive work environment. You also have good computer skills and strong knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. You love varied work and meeting people in different situations You are creative, take responsibility, and enjoy teamwork Experience in social work and good computer skills are merits. Strong knowledge of Swedish is required. A valid driver's license (Category B) is a requirement.
