Welcome to the Mobile Team Gävle! We are now recruiting a nurse to join our great team! The Mobile Team is a relatively new and growing operation at Attendo. The team consists of dedicated nurses who work in an on-call team based in central Gävle. Our areas of responsibility currently extend across two SÄBO facilities and five LSS group homes throughout the region. We provide coverage during evenings, nights, and weekends. We work with close leadership and direct communication channels. Job Description The role includes telephone consultations, acute assessments, and performing planned tasks that need to be completed during on-call hours. Working hours: evenings/nights/24-hour shifts on weekends and public holidays Start date: by agreement Driver's license is a requirement Does this description match you? Apply today! We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse, have professional experience, and an interest in elderly care. As a person, you are responsible, independent, and humble with the ability to prioritize. You enjoy supervising and delegating care staff in health and nursing tasks and are motivated by creating high-quality care together with your colleagues for those living in our facilities. In our residences, you will have varied work where you work long-term with health plans to improve the quality of life for residents, and where you also make assessments and decisions about interventions in acute situations. Your responsibilities also include providing good palliative care. The transition to Closer Care means that increasingly more specialized healthcare services are provided at the residence. This gives you a variety of stimulating and developmental tasks. The work is independent while you have access to many competent colleagues in our nurse networks.
