We are now seeking a registered nurse to join our team at Medical Ward 16. Medical Ward 16 in Sollefteå is part of the Western primary care area and geographically encompasses Sollefteå and Kramfors Municipality. In the area there is a hospital centrally located in Sollefteå along the Ångerman River. Here is the small hospital with a big heart where we come together for the patient's best interest. With us, you have short decision-making paths, close collaboration between units, and great consideration for those we serve—the patient. On Ward 16, we work in teams with registered nurses, nursing assistants, physicians, and rehabilitation professionals. Here we care for patients with general medical conditions. You will meet a varied patient population and have the opportunity to develop broad expertise in, among other things, heart attacks, heart failure, COPD, diabetes, and more. Furthermore, you will encounter patients in different life stages and with different needs; it is therefore important that you are flexible in meeting the patient where they are. As a registered nurse with us, you are an important part of a functioning care flow. You meet people during life's difficult moments and have a significant role in their experience of their care time. With the patient in focus, your work contributes to creating dignified and individualized care. The position is a permanent full-time employment with a start date by agreement. The position includes work at inconvenient times such as evenings and weekends. Night shifts may be included by agreement. You should feel secure in your new job, so you will be offered individualized orientation when you start working with us. If you are a newly qualified registered nurse, you will participate in an in-depth introduction program during your first year. This will help you feel confident in your new professional role and contribute to your competence development.
