Department 16 in Sollefteå is part of the western primary care area and geographically includes Sollefteå and Kramfors municipalities. In Department 16, we work in teams with nursing assistants, physicians, and rehabilitation professionals. Here we care for patients with general medical conditions. You will meet a diverse patient population and have the opportunity to develop broad expertise in, among other things, heart attacks, heart failure, COPD, diabetes, and more. Furthermore, you will encounter patients in different life phases and with different needs, which is why it is important that you are flexible in meeting the patient where he or she is.
