Ref: 20261805 We are seeking a nurse for Mathildenborg's short-term care facility! The short-term care facility is located a stone's throw from Limhamn city center and consists of 57 places, of which 18 are for people with cognitive impairment. People who are granted a short-term placement often have extensive care needs throughout much of the day that cannot be met in ordinary housing. We warmly welcome your application! Working as a nurse in a short-term care unit means that you independently assess, plan, organize, and perform medical treatment and care interventions. You collaborate in teams both internally and externally to meet the individual's care needs. As a nurse, you are responsible for guiding and delegating care staff as well as providing advice and support to other professionals on the team around the patient. As a nurse, you are an important part of the team alongside nursing assistants, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and the section manager. In addition to that, you have: Very good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written Understanding of applicable legislation, establishing goals and guidelines Good digital skills It is advantageous if you have: Work experience working with people who have dementia and cognitive impairment Work experience from municipal healthcare services Specialist training in a relevant area Knowledge of the documentation program Procapita For you to thrive in the role, you need to feel comfortable working independently and guiding others.
