The department has four specialist nurses, two of whom are care leaders who provide support to other staff in complex care situations and are responsible for improvement and quality development. WORK RESPONSIBILITIES Are you a registered nurse who wants to work with dedicated colleagues in specialized care? We are now welcoming a new team member to our Gastroenterology Clinic in Malmö! With us, you work together with the interprofessional team to plan, perform, develop, and evaluate nursing interventions and the patient's health status. Medical technical procedures such as inserting feeding tubes, nasogastric tubes, and managing central lines are common work tasks. On the department, we also place PICC-lines and mid-lines. You work based on nursing's core competencies with team collaboration, patient safety, evidence-based care, and improvement work as focus to drive our operations forward. We hold regular improvement meetings where all suggestions are welcome and where we together decide how to work to realize these. QUALIFICATIONS You are a licensed registered nurse with authorization to practice within Swedish healthcare. Swedish language skills at least at level C1 according to the Council of Europe scale are required. Previous experience from gastroenterological care and/or acute care is a merit for the position.
