We would like to see that you have specialist education with a focus on district nursing or care for the elderly, or alternatively previous experience in municipal health and medical care. You are confident in your role as a nurse and show respect and consideration for those you meet in your professional role. You have an open and positive attitude and have the patient's needs as your starting point for your actions. You can work independently, make assessments, and stand by your decisions while also finding it enjoyable and exciting to be part of a group with competent colleagues where everyone contributes their part.
