We are now seeking a registered nurse who wants to become part of our LARO program in Landskrona and/or Lund. With us, you are never alone. As of May 1, 2026, the operations will be conducted under a new agreement in accordance with LOU on behalf of Region Skåne. However, the operations are well-established. Our staff has extensive experience with LARO and have worked together for many years. This means clear working methods, high competence, and a secure work environment. We offer evidence-based, structured, and respectful treatment where the patient's health, quality of life, and long-term rehabilitation are in focus. About the Position As a nurse, you have a central role in the patient's treatment. A large part of the work involves creating long-term and professional relationships where you get to know the patient, follow their development over time, and work together with the patient toward individual goals. We are looking for someone who values close patient contact and who thinks it is important to understand the person behind the diagnosis. You see the value in continuity and are motivated by following patients' journeys of change. The work is conducted in close collaboration with nurses, doctors, psychologists, social workers, and other professionals. We communicate continuously throughout the workday and help each other with both small and large matters. With us, it is natural to ask for advice, share experiences, and together find the best solutions for the patient. Job Duties The work includes, among other things: medication management blood sampling patient follow-up motivational and supportive conversations documentation and follow-up coordination with other healthcare providers and authorities active participation in the team's shared care planning We Are Looking for You We place great emphasis on personal suitability. Experience in psychiatry, addiction care, or LARO is a merit but not a requirement. We also welcome you if you wish to develop your skills in this area.
