JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As a nurse, you have care responsibility for patients living in regular housing. You plan, implement, and follow up on health and medical care services based on each patient's individual needs. The work is varied and involves both freedom and responsibility. You meet people with different care needs and have an important role in creating security for the patient and their loved ones. Your job responsibilities include, among other things: • Make medical assessments and provide health and medical care services • Plan, implement, and follow up on care • Manage medications • Participate in care and service planning • Delegate and supervise care personnel • Collaborate with doctors, rehabilitation staff, care staff, and other professionals • Maintain contact with loved ones and other parties involved with the patient • Document according to applicable legislation and guidelines QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse. It is meritorious if you are a district nurse or specialist nurse with a focus on elderly care. Experience from municipal primary care, home health care, regular housing, or special housing is meritorious, but not required. The most important thing is that you have a genuine interest in person-centered care and want to develop together with us. B driver's license is required. You also need to be able to drive a car with a manual transmission.
