JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As a nurse with us, you will participate in direct patient care work as part of a team with nursing assistants. You will support each other in patient care and collaborate with other colleagues in our department. With us, you will have stimulating and varied work that gives you broad experience with all types of tasks within our different specialties. You work in pairs with a nursing assistant and share responsibility for patient care. Your duties include: • Pre- and post-operative patient care • Medication management • Blood sampling and testing • Documentation in Cosmic • Care planning and family contact • Collaboration with physicians and participation in rounds • In an advanced phase, you lead and develop patient care work within the team. You will care for patients within acute and elective orthopedics, surgery, urology, and palliative care—a complex and educational patient group. The work is technically advanced, varies in pace, and requires good communication and teamwork skills. Are you newly graduated? Experience within your profession is valuable but not required. What matters most is that you have a good approach to patients, that you contribute to a good work environment, and that you always keep the patient in focus. Salary form: Monthly salary. Type of employment: Permanent position. Duration: Permanent, start date: According to agreement. Working hours: Shift work. Those working inconvenient hours will receive increased shift compensation, and for those alternating between day and night shifts, we also offer an increased night shift premium. This means that one hour of night work counts as 1.4 hours worked, giving you more flexibility in your schedule and more time for recovery.
