We are part of the regional Surgery/Urology/ENT operations and have regional collaboration between our clinics and departments in Sundsvall and Örnsköldsvik. At the Surgery/Urology Clinic in Örnsköldsvik, a total of 10 registered nurses currently work across surgery, urology, operation planning, and stoma care, along with 5 nursing assistants. We are now seeking a registered nurse to complement and strengthen our team at the urology clinic! You will work both independently and as part of a team with our physicians and other staff. We implement an individual onboarding plan. This position is a permanent full-time employment with start date by mutual agreement. Job Responsibilities As a registered nurse at the urology clinic, your job responsibilities will include: - Assist with examinations in connection with physician consultations - Booking of scheduled clinic visits - Telephone consultation - Running your own nurse clinic, both according to follow-up programs and otherwise - Documentation - Serve as contact nurse for prostate cancer patients - Some time in operation planning Qualifications We are looking for you who: - Are a licensed registered nurse - Have good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing It is an advantage if you: - Have previous work experience in clinic work and/or work in surgery and urology We believe you will succeed in the role if you have these personal qualities: - Self-driven - Flexible - Collaborative - Stable Region Västernorrland With approximately 7,000 employees and over 200 professions, Region Västernorrland is responsible for several of the operations that are most important for residents' ability to participate in society.
